I've tried it all low Carb, no Carb,the gummy worm and beer diet and nothing works.So my new thing for the next 5 minutes is portion control.And this afternoon after a brisk ride on the trainer I'll hang out in my beat laboratory (aka washroom)to prep my bike for the upcoming Bedford mtx series.
Screw the diet.....Ti Grillz are where it's at!
