It was "hot" at this years Middle Mountain Momma.Started out climbing and sweating like a whore in church. I done a hammer gel every 30 minutes, ate good before and still felt like as" .The heat was unbearable. On the first climb peeps were dropping like flys. I started hard getting in the woods first.Got passed midway on the first climb.Then just survived for an hour and a half.I finished in 2 hours and 55 minutes beating my previous time of 3.20.Finished 2nd in my age group.Good times.The 27/40 worked out great.
