Tuesday PainTrain

Only about 10 of us braved the dreary conditions this Tuesday no pain train this time me and good buddy Jeff Crenshaw just took it easy to save ourselves for the Wednesday night disco race.It was cool to just sit up and spin be able to breath and talk about manly things like pedicures, salons getting our backs waxed and things like that.
